Terms of Service

These are Inkline's terms. By creating an account or using Inkline you agree to them. Inkline is operated by an independent operator in Israel (exempt dealer, "Osek Patur").

The service

Inkline converts JPEG, PNG and WebP images into SVG vector files. Results are automated and may not be perfect; always check the output before you rely on it.

Your account

You sign in with your email or Google. Keep your account secure and give us accurate details. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Credits

  • 1 credit = 1 SVG conversion. New accounts may receive free credits.
  • Failed conversions are refunded to your balance automatically.
  • Unused credits expire 12 months after you buy or receive them.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchased credits that have been used are not refundable. Contact us if something went wrong.
  • Prices are shown before you buy and may change for future purchases.

Your content

You keep all rights in the images you upload and the SVGs you get back. You confirm you have the right to upload your images and that they do not infringe anyone's rights or break the law. You give us permission to process them solely to provide the service. Files are kept in History for 30 days, then deleted (see the Privacy Policy).

Acceptable use

Do not use Inkline to process unlawful content, to attack or overload the service, to bypass credit limits, or to resell access without our consent. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We try to keep it running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms or the service; the date above shows the latest version. You can stop using Inkline and ask us to delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
