Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 November 2026

This is Inkline's privacy policy. Inkline converts your JPEG, PNG and WebP images into SVG vectors. It is run by an independent operator in Israel (exempt dealer, "Osek Patur"). Plain version: we collect what we need to run the service and nothing more.

What we collect

  • Account: your email address (and basic profile details if you sign in with Google).
  • Images: the files you upload for conversion, and the SVG results.
  • Conversion jobs: job status, settings you chose, timestamps and credit usage.
  • Credits and payments: your credit balance and purchase records. When paid credits are available, card details are handled by our payment provider; we do not see or store full card numbers.
  • Technical data: basic logs (IP address, browser, errors) for security, abuse prevention and debugging.

How we use it

To sign you in, run conversions, deliver results, track credits, prevent abuse, and answer support requests. We do not sell your data and do not use your images to advertise to you.

Service providers

We use infrastructure and processing providers (hosting and storage, bot protection, email delivery, payments, and conversion processing) who handle data on our behalf only to provide the service. Your images may be sent to a conversion processor to produce the SVG.

Retention

  • Conversions and the files behind them stay in History for 30 days, then they are deleted.
  • Account and credit records are kept while your account exists, and as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations.
  • Logs are kept for a short period for security and debugging.

You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

Cookies and local storage

Inkline uses only what it needs to work: a session to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage for things like your credit balance display and History in this browser. During the current preview, some of these (including sign-in and credits) are simulated in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact us using the link in the footer and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Inkline is not intended for children under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, including its privacy protection law.

These are Inkline's product policies, written for an early-stage service. They are not legal advice.
