FAQ
Questions
Is the output a real vector?
Yes. Every SVG is made of paths and fills — no embedded PNG. Check the Paths view, then scale it to a billboard.
Which images work best?
Logos, icons, flat illustration and lettering. Photos convert too, but produce many shapes — try Simple mode.
What happens if a conversion fails?
The credit goes straight back to your balance, and you'll see why it failed.
How long do you keep my files?
Your conversions stay in History for 30 days, then they're deleted.
Do credits expire?
Yes — unused credits expire 12 months after you buy or receive them.
